Janet Bauer

Janet Bauer is Beacon Financial Group’s Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. As Vice President, Janet oversees every aspect of client interaction within Beacon’s team. In addition to financial analysis, investor relations, audits and compliance functions, Janet’s leadership, in working closely with Beacon’s clients and corporations, is unprecedented.

With 20 years in the industry and 17 at Beacon Financial Group, Janet’s experience of managing and leading Beacon’s clients to help achieve their financial and retirement goals is done with superb client interaction on a personal and often face-to-face basis. Her talent of managing every detail ensures complete accuracy along with a strong ability to manage multiple projects.  This provides a family office experience for each one of our client’s. Janet’s willingness to go the extra mile is what every client experiences as she works tirelessly to help ensure each client’s individual needs.

A graduate of Ohio Northern University with an accounting degree, Janet holds a Series 7, Series 65 and Ohio Life and Health Insurance licenses. In addition, Janet resides in Newbury, Ohio with her wonderful husband and two amazing boys and beloved Black Lab - Australian Cattle dog rescue. When not at one of her boys many sporting events, Janet and the family enjoy hiking, skiing and traveling.
